BI and shipping line companies

Hi all,

As u know the first step in a BI solution is determining the BI goals. I need some samples of shipping line companies which have a BI solution. I have read so many customer stories from many BI corporations but nearly all of them focus on generating integrated systems and reports. I need more info if you can help me!

Best way to determine memory used?

What's the best perfmon counter for determining memory used by SQL? Is it
SQL Server: Memory Manager : Total Server Memory?Hi
If you are only interested in the total used rather than say the amount
used by the cache or query optimiser then yes!
